How Alienstech handles it
Visits are planned with a clear objective and the parts on hand, so a trip is not spent discovering that something needs ordering. Where a visit is scheduled work such as a server replacement or a cutover, it is booked out of hours when that reduces disruption.
On site coverage is Northwest Louisiana and East Texas. Anything outside that is supported remotely, with visits arranged where a project justifies it.
